What we are looking for in Head Chef candidates:
Proven experience as a Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a fresh food operation Strong commercial awareness with a solid track record of managing food costs and margins Confident people leader who can motivate teams and handle pressure calmly and professionally Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable with systems, audits, and kitchen administration
