Expert knowledge of model management principles. Several years of experience implementing BIM in the construction industry is preferred. Good 3D technical proficiency. Ability to coach 3D (and 4D) skills to others. Competent in the use of Common Data Environments. Self-motivated and able to take responsibility. Knowledge of ISO 19650. OPERAM Licence Completion - ADVANCED Pathway. PAS1192. Presentation skills. Knowledge of CDM Regulations. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office. About STRABAG More than just a construction company. Responsible for setting up BIM procedures, strategy, and operating model structures for the STRABAG UK business and large infrastructure projects. Leading and mentoring the BIM project team and acting as the point of contact for BIM specialists. Ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and project-specific requirements, maintaining quality assurance for BIM deliverables. Coordinating the development of the STRABAG UK BIM environment and collaborating with the Information Management team. Staying updated with the latest BIM technologies and exploring new tools to enhance capabilities. Providing BIM training and workshops to internal and external teams on processes, tools, and requirements. Leading BIM integration across project disciplines within international and dynamic teams. Collaborating with estimation, construction, design, modeling, and scheduling teams for information integration and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Liaising with client BIM teams and external BIM partners. Promoting best practices and identifying BIM trends and business opportunities. Understanding building regulations and planning permissions.
