Leading and mentoring the BIM project team and acting as the point of contact for BIM specialists. Ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and project-specific requirements, maintaining quality assurance for BIM deliverables. Coordinating the development of the STRABAG UK BIM environment and collaborating with the Information Management team. Staying updated with the latest BIM technologies and exploring new tools to enhance capabilities. Providing BIM training and workshops to internal and external teams on processes, tools, and requirements. Leading BIM integration across project disciplines within international and dynamic teams. Collaborating with estimation, construction, design, modeling, and scheduling teams for information integration and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Liaising with client BIM teams and external BIM partners. Promoting best practices and identifying BIM trends and business opportunities. Understanding building regulations and planning permissions.
