Expert knowledge of model management principles.
Several years of experience implementing BIM in the construction industry is preferred.
Good 3D technical proficiency.
Ability to coach 3D (and 4D) skills to others.
Competent in the use of Common Data Environments.
Self-motivated and able to take responsibility.
Knowledge of ISO 19650.
OPERAM Licence Completion - ADVANCED Pathway.
PAS1192.
Presentation skills.
Knowledge of CDM Regulations.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.

Promoting best practices and identifying BIM trends and business opportunities.
Understanding building regulations and planning permissions.
Familiarity with the internal Group’s BIM functions.
