In this role, you'll:

• Shape and execute the business development strategy
• Build and manage key partnerships with schools, MATs, and education providers
• Identify new growth opportunities across UK and international markets
• Work closely with the founder and leadership team on high-impact initiatives

We're looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership growth
• Is commercially astute, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Ideally has experience in the education or Edtech sector
• Shares a genuine passion for innovation and learning
