This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Studies teacher or current middle leader looking to take the next step, with full responsibility for curriculum development, outcomes, and departmental strategy. The Role

Lead and manage the Business Studies department across KS4 and KS5 Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons with strong outcomes at GCSE and A Level Drive curriculum innovation and ensure alignment with exam board specifications (Edexcel/AQA desirable) Monitor progress, implement intervention strategies, and raise attainment Support and develop staff within the department

The Ideal Candidate Will

Be an experienced Business Studies teacher with a strong track record of results Have leadership experience (or clear readiness to step into a Head of Department role) Be confident teaching Business Studies up to KS5 Be passionate about developing a high-performing department Have excellent organisational and communication skills
