Overview: We are currently working with a leading organization to find a Head of Business Transformation.

This is a hybrid role requiring travel to the office two days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a complex transformation program, influencing up to an executive level.
• Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, aligned with the wider transformation plan.
• Implement standards and governance at the portfolio level, support group-wide reporting, and oversee PMO activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business transformation across multi-site environments.
• Experience supporting business change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders.
