As Business Development Director , you’ll play a lead role in generating & converting new business for Hypemaker. Unlocking client relationships, pitching & securing paid partnerships with some of the world’s biggest, most well-known brands. This is a senior sales role, and we are looking for an experienced agency-sales & brand partnerships expert. You are highly-experienced in integrated sales & agency-style brand partnerships.
You have strong, existing brand relationships.
You are a strategic thinker with experience in building long-term partnerships with brands.
Generating new client leads & building relationships that lead to new business.
Working with the existing sales team to stimulate client demand, and convert business.
Briefing the creative & strategic planning teams, pitching creative brand & marketing strategies.
Negotiating deals with a focus on long-term value, whilst managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
The goal is to be an extension of the client business and understand their challenges.
Overseeing and growing the client database.
Managing and prioritising multiple projects in a fast moving environment.
8-10 years of relevant work experience in agency sales / integrated partnerships.
~ European language is advantageous.
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills: in person, over email and phone.
~ Strong contacts across EMEA with direct clients and c-suite contacts.
~ Proven experience in selling big budget ideas and solutions to global brands at senior level.
