This is ideal for someone with a consulting or strategy background who has already stepped into commercial or operational leadership and is now ready to grow into a General Managertrack role . What youll own and drive Lead a team of 5 across Brand Partnerships and Supply Operations hiring, coaching, and scaling a top-tier, commercially-minded team Run the end-to-end brand business unit : brand acquisition, commercials, margin management, inventory purchasing, and fulfillment Own relationships with our brand partners , unlocking shared growth through strategic, long-term collaboration Drive profitability by managing product economics from supplier terms and pricing to stock efficiency and purchasing cycles Oversee supply chain and fulfillment via our third-party logistics (3PL) partner, ensuring seamless customer delivery Build the operational backbone for scaling across multiple markets, product lines, and suppliers Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, Product, and Finance to improve customer and practitioner experience Report regularly on key performance indicators across gross margin, supply efficiency, and partner performance

What we're looking for 6+ years experience in high-performance environments ideally a mix of consulting/strategy and commercial operations
Proven success in a P&L-owning, revenue-generating, or margin-driving role
Experience in operations, supply chain, brand partnerships, or buying in D2C, consumer, or beauty/wellness sectors is highly desirable Comfortable negotiating deals, working with suppliers, and building long-term commercial partnerships Track record of leading high-performing teams and scaling systems and processes Deeply analytical mindset and operational rigor you obsess over efficiency, accuracy, and improvement Passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, or healthtech is a strong bonus
