Having established strong foundations in the UK, we are now entering a critical phase of international expansion across Europe, Australia, and the US.This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and play a key role in scaling a design-led brand into a global market leader.The Role:We are seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our next phase of growth.This is not a traditional marketing roleyou will take full ownership of revenue growth, spanning DTC performance, international expansion, and the development of new channels including B2B, trade, and partnerships.You will work closely with the founders and senior leadership team to define and execute the companys global growth strategy.Key Responsibilities:Growth & StrategyOwn and deliver the overall sales and marketing strategy, with full accountability for revenue growthLead international expansion into key markets (US, Europe, Australia), including go-to-market strategy and localisationIdentify and unlock new revenue streams, including B2B, trade, wholesale, and strategic partnershipsBuild scalable acquisition and retention strategies aligned with a premium/luxury positioningDigital & Performance MarketingOversee all digital channels including paid media (PPC, paid social), SEO, email, and conversion rate optimisationDrive best-in-class website experience, balancing brand storytelling with commercial performanceManage and optimise marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and contribution marginBrand & PositioningElevate brand positioning within the luxury interiors spaceEnsure consistency across all customer touchpoints, from website to delivery experienceCollaborate with creative teams on campaigns, content, and product launchesB2B & PartnershipsBuild and scale a B2B/trade offering targeting interior designers, developers, and hospitality groupsDevelop strategic partnerships to accelerate growth in new and existing marketsLeadership & CollaborationWork cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer journeyBuild and lead a high-performing marketing function over timeProvide clear reporting and insights to senior leadershipRequirements:5+ years experience in a senior sales/marketing or growth role, ideally within ecommerce retail/ luxury, interiors, furniture, or premium DTC brandsProven track record of scaling revenue, ideally in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environmentStrong experience across performance marketing, eCommerce, and customer acquisitionExperience launching or scaling brands internationally (US experience highly desirable)Demonstrated success in developing new revenue channels (B2B, trade, wholesale, partnerships)Commercially minded, data-driven, and highly results-orientedStrong leadership capability with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-onWhat We Offer:£55,000 £80,000 salary + performance-based bonusOpportunity to play a key role in scaling a global luxury brandDirect exposure to founders and strategic decision-makingFast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant growth potentialClear progression into a senior leadership roleWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to build something meaningfulnot just manage campaigns.
