Recruitment Delivery Team Leader - Talent Solutions UK

Head of Commercial Sales

Location: Flexible across the UK, with monthly travel to a central office location in Coventry

Salary: Circa £60,000 basic plus unlimited performance bonus and car allowance

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Head of Commercial Sales to lead and accelerate the growth of their national maintenance business. This senior leadership position will play a pivotal role in expanding revenue, margin, and market share-particularly within the corporate sector.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of building and managing a high-performing sales team, developing innovative sales strategies, and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
