We are seeking a hands‑on commercial leader to drive performance across our Sales and Customer Success teams. This is a high-impact operational role, responsible for improving execution, implementing scalable commercial processes, and ensuring the team consistently delivers against key performance metrics. You will lead team managers, analyse performance daily, and build the systems and processes required to turn a small team into a high‑performing, scalable commercial function. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure commercial results are delivered consistently. Skills
Lead and develop Sales and Customer Success teams, building a culture of accountability and high performance. Own key commercial metrics, including pipeline, conversions, and revenue performance. Optimise processes, reporting, and team structures to support scalability. Participate in calls and outreach where needed to stay close to the market and ensure results.
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience leading fast‑paced, high‑volume teams, a hands‑on leadership style, and a strong record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes. Experience required: 7–12 years in B2B commercial roles, including 3–5 years managing teams. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key strategic role in shaping a high-performing commercial function.
