The Head of Structured, UK Capital Solutions will play a pivotal role in leading and developing our structured reinsurance offerings. The successful candidate will drive growth, foster client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality reinsurance services.
Understand clients' business needs and apply knowledge of risks and the reinsurance market to identify and arrange suitable reinsurance coverage and policies.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base.
Strong understanding of the UK reinsurance market and regulatory environment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex risks and design effective solutions.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; Compensation and benefits
