In this senior leadership role, youll shape and lead our commercial strategyoverseeing Sales, PR, Marketing, and Revenue . Reporting directly to the Founder, youll play a key role in driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and elevating our brand presence globally.
We're seeking a results-driven leader with strong experience in luxury hospitality and a passion for brand-building and relationship management.
Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities, particularly within the luxury hospitality sector, both in the UK and internationally.
Target industries where uniforms are integral to brand identity (e.g., Represent the companies at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand brand visibility and grow strategic connections.
Client Relationship Management
Translate client needs into creative, design-driven solutions.
Ensure high standards of communication and project management to maintain client satisfaction and repeat business.
Lead, support, and grow a high-performing commercial team across Sales, Marketing, and PR.
Set clearKPIsand conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture aligned with the companies values and brand identity.
Work cross-functionally with the wider business to ensure smooth project delivery.
Commercial Strategy & Market Analysis
Use insights and data to inform product development, marketing direction, and business strategy.
Strengthen the business positioning by working with branding, web, and digital marketing partners.
Oversee social media and digital engagement strategies.
Manage PR relationships, ensuring the brand has regular exposure in relevant press and trade media.
Contracting & Revenue Management
Lead negotiations with clients, balancing profitability with long-term value.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure commercial compliance.
Monitor revenue performance and make strategic adjustments where needed.

5+ years in a senior Commercial, Sales, or Business Development role, ideally in luxury hospitality, fashion, or branding.

~ Deep understanding of luxury branding and hospitality decision-making.
~ Passionate about travel, design, and delivering exceptional client experiences worldwide.
