L&Q are looking for a Regional Head of Delivery to join our Major Works team within Property & Investment Directorate as we embark on an extensive major works delivery programme. These senior roles report into the Director of Major Works and will be key to the success of the L&Q's delivery programme.

The Regional Head of Delivery West will focus on Major Works delivery within Westminster, Enfield, Hackney, Harringay, Croydon, Hammersmith & Fulham, Richmond upon Thames, Brent, Buckinghamshire, Merton, Slough, Bracknell, West Berkshire, Hounslow, Sutton, Wandsworth,

Your impact in the role:

We're looking for leaders who have a passion for housing, safety of residents and quality of service for customers. As Head of Regional Delivery you will be responsible to for the delivery of major works programmes which will we see investment of up to £100m each year. You will be a visible and adaptable leader who collaborates effectively across the business with peers in housing management, development and property services. As well as managing internal relationships effectively you will be responsible for manging effective external contractual relationships.

These are high profile and demanding roles, which will require strong leadership, determination, motivation, resilience and creativity. If you think that you have the knowledge, skills and resolve to lead our regional teams, we are keen to hear from you.

What you'll bring:

• Experience gained in a similar role

• Excellent knowledge of developing maintenance plans and an understanding of the principles of good construction

• Experienced people management

• Extensive financial acumen

• Ability to influence and negotiate

• CIBSE, MCIOB RICs or qualification through experience

• Customer service skills and commitment to a service led approach

• Understanding of regulatory compliance for fire risk management

• Experience of working with various forms of contract
