We're looking for a hands-on Head of DevOps to join us at a pivotal moment. This is your chance to take ownership of our infrastructure, shape our DevOps strategy, and ultimately grow a high-performing team around you. The Role This is a greenfield opportunity to define and drive DevOps best practice from the inside. You'll be the first DevOps hire in the business - rolling up your sleeves to modernise our infrastructure, streamline deployments, improve observability, and lay the technical foundations for scalability and security. We're AWS-first, using Terraform for infrastructure as code, and containerised workloads on ECS. You'll be leading our CI/CD evolution, enhancing system reliability, and designing robust pipelines, while supporting development and product teams to deliver with confidence.
