Role Overview

As the Head of Distributed - Engineering Support Gas Turbine, you will address technical challenges faced by our UK customer base. You will lead the Engineering Support strategy, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective solutions. Collaborating with Heads of Sales, On-Shore, Off-Shore, and Operations, you will define and manage programs tackling complex technical issues. Your leadership will guide a multi-skilled shared service team, enhancing customer relationships and driving new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of up to 7 technical specialists, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Develop and implement support strategies for UK & Ireland customers.
• Create integrated support solutions across multiple product lines to improve service delivery.
• Provide engineering support for non-Siemens (3rd Party) products.
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven people management skills with understanding of commercial and financial principles.
• Excellent planning, delivery, and technical problem-solving skills.
• International work experience is advantageous.
• In-depth product knowledge and engineering principles expertise.
• Familiarity with operations, delivery management, and business functions.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Aberdeen.
