The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the department, mentoring team members, and continuing to build the firm’s strong reputation in family law. The Role

Leading and managing the Family Law department Handling a varied caseload of private family matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and children work Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the department and wider firm

The Ideal Candidate

Qualified Family Solicitor with substantial experience in private family law Previous leadership or supervisory experience is desirable Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills Ambitious, commercially aware, and motivated to grow a department
