Owning the month‑end close, management accounts and board reporting Leading budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning Strengthening financial controls, processes and reporting cadence Partnering with construction and commercial teams to drive performance Overseeing audit, statutory accounts, VAT/CIS and compliance Developing and mentoring the team as the business grows
