I am supporting a not-for-profit organisation with an excellent reputation, clear values, and purpose. They are looking for a hands‑on, technically strong Head of Finance to take ownership of a critical function and shape it for the future.This is not a "sit back and supervise" role. The Head of Finance will be operationally credible, comfortable in the detail, and equally confident stepping back to re‑engineer, modernise and future‑proof the finance function.
