What You’ll Do: Lead Financial Operations: Oversee transactional finance, streamline processes, and drive automation for faster, more insightful management accounts.

Own Month-End & Reporting: Deliver audit-ready management accounts, manage balance sheet reviews, and ensure timely regulatory submissions (VAT, PAYE, CT, ONS).

Drive Statutory Excellence: Support group audits and ensure compliant, timely statutory accounts

Optimize Working Capital: Manage invoicing, debtor collection, supplier payments, and cash upstreaming to Group.

Forecast & Budget: Build robust budgets, weekly 18-week cash flow forecasts, and support treasury activities.

Lead & Inspire: Manage a well established team, mentor key talent, and foster a high-performing finance function.

Collaborate for Success: Partner with the MD and SLT to deliver actionable insights, align Group initiatives, and drive commercial results.
