What you’ll be getting stuck into as Head of Fundraising:

Strengthening business development structures, roles, processes and systems to support institutional funding growth

Guiding the organisation to adapt its funding approach to reach a broader donor base
Overseeing high-quality proposal development and competitive positioning
Line managing and mentoring a team of partnerships professionals
What you’ll bring to the table as Head of Fundraising:

Extensive experience leading business development and institutional funding within an international or development context
Proven ability to redesign BD operations, processes and systems to improve funding outcomes
Experience providing strategic pipeline analysis, forecasting and risk insight to senior stakeholders
Strong background shaping organisational propositions to meet diverse donor and compliance requirements
Desirable exposure to emerging or non-traditional institutional donors with lower overhead thresholds
