Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the role will include: Leading a team of 6 highly skilled finance professionals, responsible for coaching, training and development plans. Own the existing financial reporting function, creating and delivering a strategy to build a world-class financial environment that can facilitate the continued scaling of the business. Identify areas for improvement, including process efficiencies and automation and execute the appropriate enhancements/upgrades. Maintain and enhance the financial control environment with regards to Group reporting activities and the broader financial control framework.
