An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Hospitality to join an established service team within a prestigious hedge fund environment in Mayfair. This role will suit a polished, service-driven professional, ideally with a background in superyachts, UHNW private service, or luxury hospitality, who thrives in a front-of-house leadership position and values consistency alongside high standards. Based on-site, the Head of Hospitality will lead the front-of-house operation alongside the head of service, ensuring an exceptional level of service is delivered at all times. The role is highly client-facing and requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. You will lead by example on the floor while supporting the management and development of a team of approximately 11 hospitality staff across the pantry and front-of-house areas. The position offers an attractive and structured schedule, working Monday to Friday, initially 6:30 am 2:30 pm, transitioning to 9:00 am 5:00 pm once fully trained. There are no weekends and very limited evenings, providing an excellent worklife balance while maintaining a refined, luxury service environment. DUTIES TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Leading and overseeing front-of-house hospitality operations alongside the head of service Managing and motivating a team of approximately 11 staff members Ensuring consistently high standards of service aligned with UHNW and yacht-style service expectations Liaising closely with clients and internal stakeholders in a discreet and professional manner Assisting with staff rotas, scheduling, and day-to-day team organisation Supporting the onboarding and training of new team members Coordinating meeting room setups and service for meetings and events Managing hospitality-related administration, emails, and reporting Taking a hands-on approach on the floor and within the pantry as required ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Proven experience in a hospitality leadership role Background in luxury hospitality, UHNW private service, or superyacht service strongly preferred Experience leading and managing service teams Hands-on, proactive, and confident, leading by example Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High energy, professional, and well presented Strong organisational skills with good IT literacy Kind, calm, and boundaried leadership style Able to take initiative and problem-solve independently Eligible to live and work in the UK Excellent, checkable references
