Redhill Academy Trust Teachers’ Main pay scale TLR 2A of £8610 per annum Full Time 1FTE Permanent Required 1st September 2026 We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and well-qualified Head of House. The successful candidate will be responsible for the pastoral leadership of a house within our pastoral team, oversee the care and support of students from year 7 to 11 and will lead a team of dedicated tutors in raising achievement, managing behaviour, improving attendance and continuing to develop the House identity. Applications from teachers with a subject specialism in Modern Foreign Languages, both Spanish and French are welcome to apply. The Carlton Academy is a ‘good’ and over-subscribed 11-18 academy and part of Redhill Academy Trust.
