Head of Housing Management Litigation – East Midlands 8+ \n\n \n\n Expanding affordable housing company has a key hiring requirement for a Head of Housing Management Litigation to support the continued expansion of their own in-house housing management operations. Based in newly refurbished offices, 20 minutes from the M1, the role offers hybrid working arrangements of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home (if required). \n\n \n\n Reporting to the General Counsel, you will form a key part of the senior management legal team with responsibility for all housing management litigation.  The core focus of the work will be a  broad range of housing litigation matters along with some non-contentious work such as policy advice.
