- Act as a senior advisor on complex employee relations, union engagement, and collective consultation
- Lead large-scale transformation programmes, including restructures and TUPE, ensuring strong communication and employee experience
- Utilise HR data and insights to inform decision-making and measure impact
- Coach and develop HR teams to build capability, confidence, and consistency
- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, policies, and ways of working
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in senior HR leadership or business partnering roles within logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or similar operational environments
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver commercially driven HR outcomes
- Strong expertise in UK employment law, employee relations, and unionised environments
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale change and transformation initiatives
- Strategic and data-led, with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- An engaging and credible leader, capable of developing high-performing teams
- Resilient, values-driven, and committed to building inclusive, high-performing workplaces
