This is a 6-month FTC initially and my client will consider someone who is looking for full or part time (3 days a week min).
I am looking for an experienced Head of People & Culture to lead a People function and help shape an inclusive, high-performing organisation.
This is a senior leadership role where you'll partner closely with executive leaders, lead a multidisciplinary People team, and deliver strategic and operational HR excellence.
What you'll do
Lead and develop the People & Culture team
Act as a trusted HR adviser to senior leaders
Ensure compliance with UK employment law and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement across HR services and systems
Support organisational change, workforce planning and reward
Champion equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing
What you'll bring
CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) and Chartered CIPD membership
Senior HR leadership experience in a complex or regulated environment
Strong employment law knowledge and employee relations expertise
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
A collaborative, values-led and solution-focused approach
