Head of HR London – Hybrid role We are seeking an experienced Head of HR to join a large, complex organisation operating at national scale. This is a senior People leadership role for someone who is proactive, hands-on, and thrives in an environment with high autonomy and trust. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the People agenda across the business, partnering closely with senior operational leaders and driving impactful, pragmatic HR initiatives. The Role This is a broad, regional Head of HR role with responsibility for partnering senior leaders and leading a well established People function. You will balance strategic thinking with day to day operational delivery, bringing practical solutions rather than theory.
