They are a values‑led organisation with a strong heritage and a clear focus on future growth.The RoleThis is a senior leadership role with clear ownership of the people agenda for the organisation's customer‑facing and home‑focused divisions.Reporting into a senior executive leader, the Head of HR will act as a trusted adviser to the leadership team, ensuring people strategy is aligned with commercial priorities.
