Our Head of In-room Dining leads the team responsible for serving food and drink from five of our restaurants to any of our 250 guest bedrooms 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What's the role? Head of In-room Dining

Where will you be working? Situated in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters, The Ned houses Ned's Club, a private members' space, gym and rooftop, alongside a public spa, ten restaurants and bars, and 250 hotel bedrooms.

What will you be doing? Find, hire, lead and develop our in-room dining team of 10 to provide an exceptional experience to all our hotel guests Managing the day-to-day operation ensuring amazing experiences for our guests Partner with the Executive Chefs to select the best dishes from the Ned's menus along with some exclusive in-room dining dishes to create the best guest offering Lead all commercial aspects of the department including P&L, budgeting, rota, payroll and stocktakes
