Leading the Learning Support team across all key stages, mentoring and developing SEN staff
Designing and delivering innovative, evidence-based interventions for diverse needs
Driving high-impact EHCP reviews and multi-agency liaison
Overseeing SEN assessments, diagnostics, and progress tracking across the school
Creating a culture of ambition, inclusion, and relentless student support
Partnering with SLT to embed whole-school SEN strategy
