Head of Live Projects - Events & Comms Agency Location: London The Agency This integrated events and communication agency delivers large-scale conferences, internal communication and engagement events, as well as corporate video, live or virtual events, for high-profile clients. The team is known for creativity, cutting-edge delivery, and quality. The Role The Head of Projects will have overall responsibility for overseeing the planning and delivery of each project, leading a high‑performing team of PDs, SPMs and PMs. Projects include complex large‑scale corporate events, broadcasts and hybrid formats, and film or content work. The role involves supporting on‑site teams for larger events, travelling within the UK and internationally. Ensuring operational excellence across each live project and maintaining SLA adherence with account teams is essential. About You We seek someone with deep experience of corporate live events in varying formats, gained in an agency environment and supported by line‑management experience. A strong understanding of logistics, technical production, and a proven background in developing and nurturing a team at various levels are required. You will collaborate with inter‑agency departments, challenge where needed and ensure each project delivers maximum commercial return and high quality.
