About the projectAdmiTrade is a dynamic trading company dedicated to maximizing returns for investors through strategic trading and investment strategies in the evolving cryptocurrency market.
So far, we have focused on providing liquidity for centralized exchanges, building the necessary technology, and validating the market.
We are now embarking on the next phase of our growth by building a platform for institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals that offers access to significant depth, dynamic credit lines, and passive capital multiplication methods. Additionally, our goal is to increase our activity as a market maker on centralized exchanges and expand into decentralized markets.
Position overviewYou will join our team of Operations at AdmiTrade. From day one, you will report directly to the CEO of AdmiTrade. For the first 3 months, you’ll also be supported by the VP of Operations, who will act as your onboarding buddy. After this initial period, the VP will no longer be involved in day-to-day operations but will remain available for consultation when needed.
Over time, you will lead a team that may include:
- Business Process Automation Engineer
- IT Manager
Department & Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the Operations department, including setting goals, defining career paths, conducting performance evaluations, managing compensation, and handling onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Take ownership of recruitment for future team members within the Operations department.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations and service management in the startup. AdmiTrade will adopt standardized processes defined by ICEO – your role will be to ensure their correct implementation, including setting up new services where necessary.
- Maintain responsibility for product-related operational processes, including communication with vendors and ensuring availability of supporting services.
Process Development & Automation
- Design and implement cross-departmental processes.
- Support other departments by creating scalable workflows and internal processes through smart use of automation tools (e.g., n8n), task management tools (e.g., Jira), and ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk).
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that address real operational problems without imposing overly rigid tools.
Technology Ownership
- Ensure implementation and adherence to security protocols, including secure password management systems, controlled access to services, and hardware compliance.
- Provide and manage hardware (limited to employees’ work devices) and ensure its proper operation.
- Maintain and configure software shared across the company (e.g., Okta, Jira, Miro, Slack, and internal tools).
Internal Tools
- Operations is accountable for the overall functioning and quality of our internal portal. While specific workflows may be delegated to other teams, you are responsible for monitoring, identifying inefficiencies, and notifying relevant managers when issues arise.
Compliance
- Ensure that operational practices align with external regulations such as GDPR and DORA.
- You're located in Europe.
- You're someone with hands-on management experience - you've led teams, set goals, handled evaluations, and been involved in hiring and offboarding.
- You've designed and implemented operational processes that made things run smoother across departments.
- You’re familiar with workflow automation tools like n8n or Make, and you know your way around task management systems (e.g. Jira), ticketing tools (e.g. Freshdesk), and documentation platforms (e.g. Confluence).
- You understand how to go beyond just chatting with AI - you know what it takes to integrate LLMs through APIs or use them as part of a workflow.
- You have basic technical awareness of hardware - even if you’re not the one configuring devices, you understand the fundamentals well enough to make decisions and communicate with IT.
- You've had experience with implementing or enforcing security protocols,whether it’s managing access to tools, introducing password managers, or setting up 2FA.
- You've worked in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
- You’ve been involved in building teams from scratch, ideally scaling them from small units to larger groups.
- You’ve had exposure to crypto or blockchain-related projects.
- You’re able to ask the right questions to understand how others work and what they truly need, without pushing your own solution by force.
- You can find ways to optimize workflows with the smart usage of tooling.
- You know how to communicate effectively across teams, gathering input and building trust without micromanaging.
- You’re comfortable making decisions and taking ownership, especially when things move fast.
- You can balance assertiveness with humility - you're willing to learn how things work before introducing changes.
- You take responsibility seriously, especially knowing your work can impact how others operate.
- Salary EUR 9,000 – 11,000 on the invoice monthly.
- Full-time B2B contract.

- Stage 1: Screening meeting with Talent Acquisition Partner: basic information about ICEO, the project, the role, and the offer. General questions about your experience (about 45 minutes).
- Stage 2: Interview with VP of Operations: This stage will focus on your practical experience and your approach to operations, automation, and leadership. It’s also a chance for you to learn more about how we work and what challenges we’re solving. (Approx. 1,5 hours).
Stage 3:Second interview with VP of Operations: We’ll go deeper into case-based scenarios, your problem-solving skills, and how you collaborate with others. It’s also a place to talk through technical and process challenges that are key to the role (Approx. 1,5 hours).
Stage 4: Interview with the CEO: Alignment on expectations, strategic direction, and long-term vision. This meeting is about mutual fit and trust, as this role will work closely with leadership (Approx. 1,5 hours).
