Head of Operations – Restaurant Business Location: London Salary: £90-£120,000 performance bonus A fast-growth, multi-revenue stream hospitality business is looking for a Head of Operations to help shape its next chapter. This is a London-based, highly visible role reporting directly to the Founder. The brand has strong identity, serious ambition and a clear goal - to build a legacy business. The brief is simple: drive operational excellence and build best-in-class systems, reporting and structure across a dynamic, all-day operation spanning dining & events The Role: Lead and elevate operational performance across a complex, multi-revenue stream business Implement process, structure and reporting frameworks that drive clarity, accountability and pace Embed a high-performance culture focused on energy, ownership and results - no egos Take full accountability for financial and operational performance including COGs and GP margin control Strengthen systems, tech adoption and data reporting to support scale Develop and coach two Operations Managers, building capability and succession Own customer journey management across all touchpoints - all day dining, events Oversee staff training and development, ensuring consistency and leadership depth Act as a visible leader in the business - present on the floor, in the venues and within the community Collaborate with senior stakeholders and third parties to streamline structure and elevate performance Influence organisational design as the business evolves, supporting sustainable growth The Person: Currently operating at Head of Ops or ready to step up from a senior Operations role with clear ambition London-based and committed to being hands-on and highly visible Naturally driven, ambitious and hard working - motivated by growth Experience within a PE-backed or systems-led environment Familiar with structured operating frameworks such as EOS Strong financial acumen - degree educated and/or with solid finance exposure preferred Commercially sharp with proven analytical ability and strong grasp of reporting Comfortable operating within a start-up mentality - able to evolve with the business rather than inherit something finished Experienced across dynamic, high-volume environments with multiple revenue streams Strong coach and communicator, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and frontline teams alike Energetic, credible and culturally aligned with a founder-led, fast-paced environment Interested:
