The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Head of our Web Operations to take the lead in our Web Division. In this senior role, you’ll be the operational counterpart to our CTO—translating strategy into action, driving delivery excellence, and shaping the systems that help our team thrive every day.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of web operations, ensuring projects, resources, budgets, and timelines are managed efficiently.

• Work hand‑in‑hand with the CTO to implement scalable strategies and solutions.

• Refine and champion our in‑house “Magic Process” to deliver consistently strong results.

• Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team spanning development, design, marketing, and support.

• Monitor performance metrics, uphold quality standards, and drive ongoing improvements.

• Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

• Identify operational insights that support growth and highlight opportunities to add value for our clients.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in digital operations or delivery management, ideally within an agency or fast‑moving tech environment.

• A solid grasp of web platforms and frameworks (e.g., WordPress, Laravel).
