We are seeking an exceptional, strategic and operational leader to oversee a complex, high-profile contract spanning 9 sites and a team of approximately 250. This is a high-energy, multifaceted environment bringing together hospitality, elevated workplace dining, bespoke catering, events, and pantry services — where creativity, adaptability and exceptional standards are simply the norm! Main Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership across 9 sites, ensuring seamless delivery at scale Rapidly develop and execute clear, actionable plans — bringing strategy to life with pace and precision Drive innovation across food concepts, responding to frequent bespoke menu requests Act as a trusted partner to the client, confidently pivoting in line with evolving direction Lead change management initiatives across a complex, fast-moving contract Maintain strong financial oversight, ensuring commercial performance and sustainable growth Remain calm, decisive, and solutions-focused under pressure
Person Specification
Proven leadership experience within high-end contract catering, premium restaurants, luxury hospitality, or elevated employee dining is essential Strong commercial and financial acumen A deep understanding of what exceptional food looks like and how to deliver it at scale Agile, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a constantly evolving environment Outstanding client relationship and stakeholder management skills Confident leading through change with clarity and influence Innovative mindset with a passion for quality and creativity
