Head of Platform Delivery | AI & Data Platforms

London | 3 days per week | Up to £120,000

A growing AI and first-party data platform business is looking for a senior delivery leader to help shape and scale its platform delivery capability.

This is not a traditional project management role. You will build the delivery framework, governance and operating model that allows multiple complex platform implementations to run in parallel.

You will work across Engineering, Data Science, Product and Client teams, turning Statements of Work into delivery plans, aligning engineering capacity, managing risk and acting as the senior delivery lead across enterprise programmes.

Key responsibilities:

• Turn Statements of Work into structured delivery plans with milestones, dependencies and critical paths
• Build the delivery framework, governance and tooling from scratch
• Coordinate Engineering, Data Science and Product teams across multiple implementations
• Own risk, scope, milestones and escalation across live client programmes
• Create the product feedback loop between delivery and platform roadmap
• Design the transition from implementation into live service

Experience required:

• Delivered within SaaS, AI, data platform or enterprise software environments
• Built delivery frameworks and operating models, not just managed projects within them
• Experience coordinating engineering teams and technical delivery across multiple clients
• Technical credibility across data platforms, SQL, ETL, APIs or cloud environments
• Led complex client implementations and senior stakeholder relationships
• The ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level in a scaling business
