Join Capita Public Service as Head of PMO Capita is seeking an experienced Head of PMO to lead the PMO function for a strategic client programme. This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver high-quality programme support across a multi-phase transformation initiative, ensuring robust governance, reporting, and delivery standards. Reporting to the Client Group Head of Portfolio Office, you will establish and lead the PMO team to support the programme, ensuring services are defined, delivered, and maintained to a high standard. You’ll author key guidance documents, embed governance and reporting structures, and ensure consistent adherence across the programme. Working closely with the Major Programme Director, you’ll drive quality delivery and act as a key member of the wider Client Group Portfolio Office team, sharing best practice across the PMO community. This is a fixed-term contract role for approximately 12 months.
