This is a founding team opportunity with real ownership. Youll work closely with the founder to: Translate business goals into tech deliverables (and vice versa) Build out and document our architecture and processes Manage and mentor a growing dev team Drive our roadmap through beta, launch, and scale Represent the product in fundraising conversations Frontend: React, Next.js, TailwindCSS Infra: Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel Collab Tools: GitHub, Discord, Linear Who We're Looking For A strong communicator who can simplify the technical for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa A technical generalist confident leading across full-stack, infra, and architecture decisions Someone with product sensitivity, who understands what makes a product feel intuitive and usable A natural leader who enjoys guiding teams and taking responsibility Someone open to relocation, long-term commitment, and working directly with the founder Comfortable in early-stage environments where clarity, speed, and flexibility are key The Offer We are pre-seed but actively in conversations with investors, VCs, and strategic partners.
