Job Title - Head of Production

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Production to join us in delivering world-class projects. This role is critical to ensuring the flawless execution of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical & production management, a deep understanding of design and construction processes, and a passion for creating extraordinary experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership as part of the senior management team, driving team development and aligning production with business goals.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring creative integrity, budget control, and timely delivery.
• Maintain high production standards through rigorous quality control and safety oversight.
• Foster innovation in techniques, materials, and processes to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure quality and value.
• Monitor financials, reporting risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Lead risk management and uphold top-tier Health & Safety practices.

Experience/Skills:

• Proven experience in a senior technical & production management position
• Budget management in excess of 1.5mil
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and technologies
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• IOSH Qualification mandatory NEBOSH Qualification preferred.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
