A key client of ours is seeking an experienced Production & Planning Manager to lead a small production and planning team and ensure smooth, efficient manufacturing operations.

This would suit a candidate who has at least 5 years' experience in a managerial role leading a team of Production Engineers/ Planners.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand.

Manage and coach a team of planners, prioritising workload and resolving issues.

Coordinate with operations, procurement, engineering, and sales to maintain flow and efficiency.

Optimise inventory, lead times, and planning parameters through data analysis.

Support process improvements and new product introductions.

Key Attributes

Proven experience in production management & planning as well as MRP/ERP systems.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

A background ideally working within either FMCG, household goods, components, electronics or similar

Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
