This role sits at the centre of client insight, market change, regulation, and commercial strategy, driving how the firm delivers value across discretionary investment management, bespoke portfolio services, and integrated financial planning. What you’ll lead

Develop and evolve market‑leading wealth propositions grounded in client needs and strategic ambition. Oversee a competitive, profitable proposition suite, enhancing features, pricing, and client journeys. Lead product governance and ensure that propositions meet FCA expectations, including those under the Consumer Duty. Work cross‑functionally with Investment, Distribution, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Technology. Use market intelligence to inform strategy and identify new opportunities. Champion client value and experience across all touchpoints. Drive commercial performance, revenue growth, and client retention. Lead innovation in areas like sustainable investing, digital wealth, and intergenerational planning. Represent the firm in industry forums and contribute to sector‑wide thought leadership.
