We're working with a top Manchester-based agency that’s known for delivering high-quality digital solutions across a huge variety of sectors, from government and retail to sport, travel, and more. Quality is at the heart of everything they do, and they’re now looking for someone to lead the charge.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring a growing team of 6 talented testers
• Owning the QA strategy and shaping testing best practices
• Still getting stuck in with hands-on testing (manual + automation)
• Driving innovation – especially in how automation is used across projects
• Working closely with delivery teams on platforms like Drupal, Umbraco, and Magento
• Scaling the QA function – you’ll be a key part of their growth plans
