Reporting to the Chief People Officer, as Reapit's Head of Reward, you'll have the opportunity to build a global Reward function from the ground up in a growing, PE-backed software company with a strong international footprint.
You will lead the design, development, and execution of our total reward strategy covering job architecture, compensation, benefits, and wellbeing across the UK, ANZ, Denmark, and South Africa.
This role is more than just compensation & benefits; Compensation:
Design and lead a global compensation philosophy, including base, bonus, equity, and recognition programs.
Govern annual compensation reviews, market benchmarking, and pay-for-performance alignment.
Lead executive and equity compensation design.
Deliver a market-competitive executive compensation program.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and the Board on reward trends, policies, and decisions.
Support People Managers on reward strategies to attract, retain, and motivate talent in a fast-growing environment.
Be hands-on in analyzing data, drafting policies, and establishing operational foundations for a mature reward model.
A seasoned reward leader with 7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, including significant WTW framework expertise.
Data-driven, commercially minded, and able to influence leadership decisions.
Experience in global, PE-backed tech companies is a plus.
Building a global job architecture, initial reward strategy, and conducting a compensation benchmark analysis.
Launch of a scalable reward framework, established performance-to-reward link, and recognized as a strategic partner.
Flexible working policy; ideally 1-2 days/week in London or Solihull.
