About You You are a strategic and visionary retail leader with a passion for crafting premium customer experiences in the physical retail space. You bring global expertise, operational excellence, and a proven track record in launching high-impact stores. With a sharp eye for detail, strong commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of how to bring a brand to life in the real world, you thrive in fast-paced environments and love building exceptional teams. You'll be responsible for: Global Retail Expansion: Spearhead Oner Active's physical retail strategy, from concept to execution, with a focus on scalability and brand impact Store Launch Execution: Oversee the end-to-end process of launching new stores, from initial planning through to grand opening, ensuring excellence at every stage Location Strategy: Source high-potential locations globally (with a focus on the UK and North America), leveraging strong relationships with trusted real estate partners Project Management: Lead external agencies and contractors including architects and build teams, managing timelines, budgets, and execution with precision Retail Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire in-store teams, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets Sales & Performance: Set KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously optimise operations to drive profitability and elevate the in-store customer journey Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with brand, operations, and product teams to ensure each store reflects Oner Active's identity and community values

Y ou'll need to have: A minimum of 10 years of experience leading retail teams and executing store openings at scale Direct experience opening physical stores in both North America and the UK. Demonstrated success managing large-scale retail budgets and staying on time and under cost Strong project management skills and the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and external partners A network of trusted real estate agents, contractors, and premium design firms. Expertise across all areas of retail operations, including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and customer experience High proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for strategic planning and reporting A sharp strategic mind with the ability to align retail initiatives with broader business goals

Nice to have's: A genuine passion for fitness or active living, with a deep understanding of the performance-driven consumer A flair for premium brand expression and sensitivity to visual storytelling and in-store design A strong point of view on leading retail concepts and immersive in-store experiences An interest in cultural and design trends beyond retaildrawing inspiration from art, architecture, and global fashion hubs like Paris, Milan, New York, and London
