Location: Birmingham / Hybrid Salary: £61,003 per annum This pivotal role will champion a culture of safety, inclusion, and accountability across services supporting people with complex disabilities. As the charity’s designated safeguarding lead, you’ll oversee policy, provide expert guidance, lead on serious case reviews, and ensure legal compliance across all directorates.
