Head of Sales – Hospitality Business – Up to £65,000

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast‑paced and growing hospitality business for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead and develop a small, high‑performing team across multiple sites. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining both proactive and reactive sales activity. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy, customer‑facing environment and be motivated by targets and results.

The Role:

• Lead and manage a small sales team across multiple hospitality venues
• Drive both proactive business development and reactive sales enquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and events clients
• Oversee event enquiries, bookings, and revenue growth initiatives
• Remain actively involved in day‑to‑day sales activity

• Proven background in sales or events within the hospitality industry
• Strong target‑driven approach with a track record of delivering results
• Previous experience managing teams
• Highly presentable, personable, and confident in client‑facing environments
