As the Head of Sales for UK&I and Nordics reporting to our global management team, you will be responsible for driving direct enterprise sales, winning new logos, and expanding Flowable’s footprint across UK&I and the Nordics. This is a highly hands‑on role in a lean team, ideal for someone who thrives in a hunter environment while shaping the commercial strategy.

What you'll be doing

  • Direct Sales Execution – You will personally drive new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and converting enterprise prospects, with a strong focus on winning new logos and accelerating subscription revenue growth.
  • Pipeline Generation – Build and execute a targeted outbound strategy to generate high‑quality opportunities across priority verticals and markets. You will lead by example, owning a significant share of the pipeline creation efforts.
  • Strategic Expansion – Manage and grow key accounts through upsell and cross‑sell activities, ensuring Flowable becomes a long‑term strategic partner for our customers.
  • Team Leadership – Work closely with a high‑impact commercial team. Provide day‑to‑day coaching, ensure methodological discipline, and help establish scalable sales processes as the region grows (Player/Coach model).

What you bring

Are you motivated by closing deals, breaking into new accounts, and driving the commercial success of a forward‑looking technology company? Alongside strong negotiating and influencing abilities, you'll also bring:

  • At least 10 years of enterprise software sales experience, including a proven track record in direct hunting roles within product companies.
  • Experience leading a sales team and driving team performance in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize commercial and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of the “Digital Enterprise” space and related industries.
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and PANT.
  • A well‑developed enterprise network, ideally with strong reach in financial services.
  • Previous experience with open‑source technologies, subscription‑model software, or BPM/automation platforms is a strong plus.
