Hiring: Global Head of Sales Operations | London (Hybrid) | Base Salary: £120,000 - £160,000 + Bonus - DOE


I’m working with a high-growth, international B2B organisation looking for an experienced Global Head of Sales Operations to lead sales strategy execution, revenue operations, and data excellence across a global sales function.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role sitting at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Product, and Strategy, with regular exposure to executive leadership and board-level reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own global Sales Operations & Revenue Operations, from lead to renewal
  • Define and operationalise TAM/SAM strategy, ICPs, and territory models
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline management, KPIs, and executive reporting
  • Design and manage sales compensation plans and commission models
  • Own Salesforce strategy, data integrity, and CRM roadmap
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Marketing, Product, and IT


Ideal Profile:

  • 10+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or commercial analytics leadership
  • Strong background in Salesforce, forecasting, and compensation design
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into commercial insight
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels
  • Experienced supporting global sales teams in a fast-paced environment
