Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Head of Sales for our Docklands and City office.


Key Responsibilities:


Branch & Commercial Performance

  • Drive the office to achieve and exceed monthly and annual branch targets.
  • Take full accountability for profitability and market share growth

Client & Customer Management

  • Deliver a highly professional experience across all estate agency activities, including market appraisals, property listings, negotiations and sales progression, in line with company standards.
  • Use data, client feedback and market insights to provide weekly progress updates, offering clear advice to support a smooth and successful transaction.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Conduct monthly performance reviews for every team member, recognising achievement, challenging under‑performance and identifying training and development needs.
  • Lead by example with conduct, presentation and professionalism that positively reflects the company.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all activity meets required service standards, company processes and legislative obligations.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for new instructions, including agency agreements, AML checks, fact finds and other relevant forms.

Marketing & Property Presentation

  • Oversee and maintain high‑quality marketing materials for all properties, ensuring brochures, floor plans, photography and pricing are always current and compelling.

Recruitment & People Management

  • Lead the recruitment process for the branch, ensuring the attraction and selection of high‑calibre talent.
